Who we are
A small team with a very good address book.
Wrenfield Travel is four advisors and a trip coordinator, planning trips all over the world. Ellen started the agency in 2015 after nine years running hotel operations, which is a useful thing for your travel advisor to have done — she knows which room to ask for and who to ask.
We've spent eleven years building relationships with hotels, guides, and the kind of local fixers who don't have websites. What that means for you: you're not a booking reference number. You're a guest someone is expecting.
We plan honeymoons, big-birthday trips, three-generation family trips, sabbaticals, and the occasional "we have nine days in March and no idea." No trip is too straightforward. None of them come out of a catalog.

We've actually been
Between the five of us we've spent real time in most of the places we sell. When we tell you to skip a city, it's because one of us went and wished she hadn't.

Perks you can't book online
As a select member agency we get room upgrades, breakfast, early check-in, and a credit to spend on property — at the same rate you'd pay booking direct. The math works out in your favor more often than people expect.

Someone answers at 2am
Flight cancelled, hotel lost the reservation, someone's passport is in a taxi. You text one number and a person who knows your itinerary starts fixing it. That's most of what you're paying for, and you'll hopefully never need it.
